Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management or a related field from a recognized institution. 10–15 years of experience in technical program management, product delivery or engineering roles, handling complex multi-stakeholder projects. Proven exposure to government or open-source environments, version control systems (Git), CI/CD tools, cloud platforms and API integrations. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps/DevSecOps practices and open-source collaboration workflows. Hands-on experience with Git, PHP, Vue.js, Mustache.js and AWS infrastructure components. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
